VeriMax

After-Hours and Job Planning Customer Look-up

The use of a VeriMax allows MobileMax® engineers to access the customer lists on the PDA to confirm key important customer details and their contract status.

Usage is free for MobileMax users.

When VeriMax is activated ServiceMax® 10 will first upload the complete customer list in groups, spread out over several minutes or hours depending on the size of the database, to minimize system disruption, and then send updates after every change made to an individual customer. The MobileMax® engineer may then view the current client details helping the Engineer decide eligibility and chargeability for the requested visit, along with previous visit details.
